A BIG Thank You to the lovely Absatou! I had accidently booked a room for next year smh. Absatou helped me by explaining everything to me and even took the initiative to activate my membership. Absatou was genuine, receptive, and exudes amazing positive energy, so much so that it's contagious. I walked to my room feeling welcomed and content.
Had a wonderful stay here from check in to check out, everything went well. Clean and safe facilities and clean comfortable rooms. A nice peaceful and well decorated environment. Very friendly, professional and respectful staff at the front desk and bistro. The breakfast was very delicious and beyond my expectations. Conveniently located near shopping on Cherry Hill Rd and dinning, as well as easy access to Rt. 29, 200 the beltway and to DC and Nova. Will definitely stay here again.

had a fantastic experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Silver Spring Downtown. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of downtown with retail, dining, and entertainment all within walking distance.  My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, complete with luxury bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. High-speed Wi-Fi and thoughtful amenities like a mini-fridge and coffee maker added to the convenience.  The hotel’s vibe is modern and relaxed, and I especially appreciated the access to a full Gold’s Gym, a rare perk that made maintaining my workout routine while traveling easy.  Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this Courtyard delivers great value, comfort, and service in a lively area. I’ll definitely be back!
The hotel was clean and comfortable, but it was the staff that made the biggest impression on us. Grace, the front desk clerk on the morning we checked out, was extremely helpful to us when we had a change of plans.
Clean and comfortable rooms. Bed had a very comfortable mattress. Starbucks in the lobby. They offer breakfast buffet at $22 pp.nice size pool fresh linens and towel’s everyday. Crabtree and Evelyn shower gel conditioner and lotion in the bathroom a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel.
This was an amazing stay. Everything was very clean and quiet. The staff were super kind and attentive. We got to grab a bite in the morning from the cafe. The coffee was top tier and the food was delicious. Will definitely book again if I find myself in the DMV again.
Very nice Courtyard Marriott that offers cooked to order breakfast rather than the usual low cost buffet. The staff are very nice. Room was clean and had ample outlets for charging multiple devices. There is fast EV charging in the parking lot. Great convenient location near Rider wood.
